Summary
The £90 million pound redevelopment of the Greenbank Campus included the replacement of the existing residential estate with a vibrant student village, comprising over 1000 en-suite bedrooms and associated facilities. The new concrete framed buildings are clad with a mixture of brickwork to echo the heritage of the surrounding conservation zone, with contrasting modern curtain walling and metal shingles on the inner park facing elevations.
