Integrating ESG principles into everything we do, isn't just about enhancing our reputation; it's a commitment to mitigating risks, fostering positive change in communities and the environment, and upholding the quality and safety of our products.
Our values in action
‘Integrity in all we do’ means doing the right thing in every aspect of our business. This includes taking responsibility for our impact on our employees, industry, local communities, and the planet we share.
It has never been more important for us to look beyond financial performance. This means formalising our ESG commitments in alignment with our core values and demonstrating our determination to make a positive impact across our business, society and the environment in which we operate through action — from how we manufacture our products to how we participate in wider industry ambitions.
Our ESG pillars
Our strategy is divided into four pillars that address our key priority areas. Each pillar maps to one of our core values and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Our ESG targets
Our targets were defined by conducting an in-depth assessment to identify the topics that impact our business and stakeholders the most. This included analysing risk reports and ESG rating agencies, and surveying 2,000 individuals encompassing our people, partners, and customers.
Our sustainability report
Our first annual sustainability report shares our achievements within our ESG strategy for the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 and outlines our ambitions for continued growth with a clear focus on both safety and sustainability.
