Siderise EWI – Cavity Barriers and Fire Stops for External Masonry Walls
Siderise EWI, for horizontal applications, has been specially developed via the incorporation of an integral intumescent, that in the event of a fire, provides a reactive method of sealing masonry wall cavities that have an irregular inner face to the outer masonry leaf such as decorative features.
- Fire Resistance options up to 2 hours

Siderise EWI has been specifically developed to provide an easy to install, and effective fire and thermal barrier for external masonry constructions.
EWI System has been tested for cavities up to 350mm in a horizontal application allowing for gaps up to 25mm where decorative features create an irregular rear surface in masonry.
Siderise EWI (open state) for horizontal applications should be installed in conjunction with Siderise EW (full fill) for vertical applications.
Designed for both blockwork and steel framing system (SFS) constructions.
