Product Description

SIDERISE® PSV-NC-ECE is high performing insulation solution for chassis and engine bay applications that offer excellent acoustic and thermal properties whilst delivering compliance with fire and diesel ingress requirements to UN ECE Regulation R118.

The material in addition to its mechanical consistency is able to deliver excellent CNC machined tolerances for cut parts in comparison to traditional specifications.

As the material is not readily compressed it delivers consistent thermal and acoustic performance without degrading over time like some fibrous alternatives.

The product is finished with a robust aluminium coated woven glass for durability, aesthetics and easy cleaning.

Fire Performance

SIDERISE® PSV-NC-ECE has been developed to meet the requirement of Regulation ECE 118.02.

The product is tested for horizontal and vertical burn, plus resistance to diesel ingress.
