Siderise Chief HR Officer listed as one of 30 most impactful people professionals

Our Chief HR Officer, Mark Hendy FCIPD, has been listed on the CIPD HR 30, setting him amongst 30 of the UK’s top people professionals driving transformational and impactful changes in their organisations in the last 12 months.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)’s HR 30 showcases influential and inspiring HR leaders, as judged by a highly experienced panel of their peers. Mark’s inclusion on this list formally recognises his instrumental role in creating an enviable company culture that has seen Siderise named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work two years running.

Mark’s role is to not only represent our people at the highest level, but to ensure our core values of ‘customer first’, ‘safety matters’, ‘integrity in all we do’, ‘respect for each other’ and ‘strive for betterment’ are championed across our global operations.
